Changing Themes in Office 2013

If you are tired of looking at the same theme and background or want to personalise, Office 2013 offers numerous colour and design options.

To change the theme across all Office Applications, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft PowerPoint and Select File (tab) | Account (tab).  If you are in Outlook select File (tab) | Office Account (tab)
    themes and backgrounds
  2. Select a new option from the Office Background (drop down list)
  3. Select a new option from the Office Theme (drop down list)
